“Due to the cold snap, the heating season started ahead of schedule. On September 29, apartment buildings began to be connected to heating,” the report said.
Social facilities (medical facilities, schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, and others) began to be connected to heating from September 27.
“Also, work on gasification of residential areas continues in the capital. The districts of Almaty and Saryarka are fully provided with the possibility of connecting houses to gas. Companies that sell coal have been identified for residents of the private sector. In order to prevent price increases, relevant memorandums have been concluded with the companies on fixing the cost of coal,’ said the message.
