"I leave the sins of B. Kurmanbayev for the God. He may say thank you to his mother who was coming to me and crying. I will request punishment without imprisonment for him," said Viktor Smolnikov, father of young man killed in the traffic accident.
Meanwhile, V. Smolnikov is going to claim full investigation of the case.
As it was reported, for the time of investigation of fatal traffic accident in Ridder K. Tumbayev left his post on his own account.
The tragedy happened in Ridder on April 15. Drunken B. Kurmanbayev fatally knocked down 18 years old Eugeniy Smolnikov. Later it was revealed that K. Tumabayev, head of regional center, was also inside the car.
