“The Anti-Corruption Service of Nur-Sultan is conducting a pre-trial investigation against officials of the State Enterprise “National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan” of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the grounds of embezzlement of budget funds in the amount of KZT146 million under a public procurement agreement for the international exhibition “Procession of the Golden Man around the museums of the world. The total amount of the contract amounted to KZT1.2 billion,” reads the message.
