"By the ruling of the Government, Askhat Oralov has been appointed as a vice minister of information and public development of Kazakhstan," reads the report.
From April 2019 Oralov worked as a deputy akim of the Pavlodar region, from August 2018 until April 2019 he headed the committee on youth affairs and family of the Ministry of Public Development. From January until August 2018 he worked as director of department of youth policy of the Ministry on Religions Affairs and Civil Society.
