Eldest son of the Nigmatulin family took away my company - businessman

Astana. December 25. KazTAG - Entrepreneur Kanat Amirkin told the story of the raid attack on a road construction company with a large multi-million dollar contract.
"Many of you know the Nigmatulin family. So, the eldest son of this family took away my road construction company with a large multi-million dollar contract. He forced me to take out a loan from their bank - Qazaq Banki, which subsequently went bankrupt, taking with it my money, as well as the property that was pledged. Including a land plot on the Big Almaty Belt Road for a car dealership. In addition, I was set up with a bank guarantee," Kanat Amirkin wrote on his Facebook page.
According to him, he took out a loan, but the story did not end there, and they demanded cash from him. The businessman had to leave Kazakhstan, as his family began receiving threats.
“When they themselves were on the run, he came to me in Dubai with a request to “stop the war”. At the meeting, I reminded him that he had received about 7-8 million dollars in cash and cars alone. To this, he said that perhaps only half had reached him, and the rest had been taken by his assistants. When the tax office decided to collect from me the tax debt that had accrued before my forced departure from the country, for the property of the company taken away by Nigmatulin (according to the Nurlanov passport), I called him. I said that this was too much, and offered to pay the taxes myself, since they had taken everything. The answer was short: “I don’t care, I am no longer a citizen of Kazakhstan. Deal with your own problems.” People of such a level of cynicism and irresponsibility... And how could such people have  been in power?” said  the businessman.
Amirkin later returned to Kazakhstan. However, on December 25, a court case was held that ordered him to pay T239 million in taxes, as well as a fee of T7 million.
"This happened within the framework of subsidiary liability for the LLP, which, attention (!), was taken away from me," the businessman explained.
