Earthquake measuring 3.8 points hit in Almaty region

Almaty. January 20. KazTAG - An earthquake measuring 3.8 points hit in the Almaty region.
"The network of seismic stations recorded an earthquake at 2.57 am on January 20. The epicenter was located 442 km north-east from Almaty on the territory of Kazakhstan. Energy class- 10. Magnitude MPV 3.8," reads the report.
The epicenter was located in the Alakol district of the Almaty region at 10 km depth.
