“The Department of the Agency o for Civil Service Affairs in the Almaty region has instructed to open a disciplinary case against a civil servant with subsequent transfer of the case at the Ethics Council. The results of the consideration of the disciplinary case will be brought to the attention of the public, ” said Yerkhan Tatken, official representative of ACSA.
The agency drew attention to the video of Sydymanov's meeting with residents of Taldykorgan, during which violations of the Ethical Code of civil servants were revealed.
In fact, Ergali Sydymanov was appointed as a chief sanitary doctor of the Almaty region on August 12. Previously, he served as the head of the department for quality control and safety of goods and services of the Mangistau region.
