Dilmanov and other ex-heads of NSC border service detained

Astana. June 23. KazTAG - Darkhan Dilmanov and a number of other ex-heads of the border service of the National Security Committee (NSC) of Kazakhstan have been detained, reports the NSC press-service.
“As part of the pre-trial investigation conducted by the National Security Committee on the facts of power abuse revealed at the border posts of the Kazakh-Chinese border, the former deputy chairman of the NSC - director of the border service, Lieutenant General Dilmanov D., Major N. Arysbayev and other persons of the Nur Zholy border control department of the traffic police in the Almaty region were detained on June 22,"  said the message.
