Almaty. December 6. KazTAG - Development of industrial clusters is planned in Almaty agglomeration, indicates the draft international scheme of territorial development of Almaty agglomeration.
"In order to boost industrial growth it is planned to develop several industrial clusters: the industrial zone of Alatau district "Almaty" (490 hectares); state innovational cluster "Special economic zone "Park of innovational technologies” in the Medeu district (362 hectares); industrial zone Bereke (383 hectares), industrial zone Arna ( 1 303 hectares), industrial zone Kairat in Zhanalyk village in the Almaty region (198 hectares)," said the document.
In addition, it is planned to develop Boralday industrial zone (602 hectares) down Kapchagay motorway, private industrial parks Damu-Almaty (210 ehctares) in Baiserke village, Damu-Aksengir in Boralday village (22 hectares) in the Almaty region, Damu-Kairat (142 hectares) in Zhanalyk village.
