“I think that this year the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council will make a decision (on granting Cuba an observer status in the EAEU - KazTAG). The Commission, for its part, has completed all the necessary procedures in order to submit this issue for consideration to the presidents of our states, ”said Mikhail Myasnikovich, chairman of the EEC board, during negotiations with the Cuban delegation.
The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council had previously been informed about Cuba's intention to obtain the status of an observer state in the EAEU.
