“A third-grade student at a secondary school named after A. Moldagulova, Enbekshikazakh district, Shelek village, received abrasions on his face, which were noticed by the class teacher,” reads the report.
The teacher called the police and an ambulance. The boy said that his father beat him.
The child was diagnosed with cerebral head injury, femoral trauma, contusion and abrasions on the face, hematoma of the upper lip, as well as hematoma and abrasions on the arms. The education department is currently working with parents.
