Concert of Kazakh rapper Jah Khalib canceled in Russia

Astana. April 20. KazTAG - A concert of Kazakh rapper Jah Khalib has been canceled in Russia, reports IA REGNUM.
“The concert of the Kazakh rapper Jah Khalib, who openly supported Ukraine, planned in Moscow, will not take place,” , said Roman Grachev, general director of the Crocus City Hall concert.
Bakhtiyar Mamedov (Jah Khalib) is a Kazakhstani Russian-speaking rapper. He is known not only in his homeland, but also in other post-Soviet countries.
He planned to hold a big solo concert on April 23 in Moscow and on April 25 in St. Petersburg. As a result, the concert was canceled in two cities.
The publication writes that on social networks, users were unhappy and demanded that the performances will be cancelled. Musician Akim Apachev sent a request to the Ministry of Culture, noting that Jah Khalib can not only "support the terrorist Ukrainian army, but also finance the Armed Forces of Ukraine."
