Civil aviation committee declared Amirova was dismissed following service investigation
Astana. June 12. KazTAG - Toty Amirova was dismissed from the civil aviation committee following a service investigation.
"The results of service investigation was the reason for the dismissal conducted by the disciplinary commission, the reason for it was application to the blog of the minister about illegal actions by Toty Amirova, head of flight operation department," reads the message.
According to the committee, "numerous applications were filed about illegal actions and non-ethical statements of Toty Amirova by her subordinates, subjects and organizations in the civil aviation branch.
"By the results of investigation conducted by the commission of the civil aviation committee, the actions of Amirova have been recognized as offences, discrediting the civil service, expressed in providing a unlawful preference to an individual in the preparation and decision-making and illegal delay of the flight. In this connection, on the basis of the recommendation of the Disciplinary Commission, Toty Amirova has been dismissed in compliance with paragraph 6 of Article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Public Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan"," reads the statement.
