"D.Myrzakulov was convicted by Al-Farabi district court of Shymkent and sentenced three years imprisonment for a theft on a large scale and for an attempt of theft. According to the materials, the evidences in the case were falsified, while his fault was not proved. The man groundlessly spent 3 years 2 months and 20 days in the colony," reads the message.
The Supreme Court has declared the man is innocent after studying the falsification evidences.
