"13 international flights from Egypt, Turkey, Korea, UAE, Russia, Georgia, Poland, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Germany arrived to Kazakhstan on November 24, 2020. Out of 1420 air passengers, 1328 people had certificates with a negative result of PCR testing, 91 passengers arrived without certificates - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Including: to the Nur-Sultan airport - four flights, 191 passengers, with certificates - 184, without certificates - seven; to the Almaty airport - nine flights, 1229 passengers, with certificates - 1145, without certificates - 84," reads the report.
The citizens of Kazakhstan who arrived without certificates were placed in quarantine hospitals at the place of arrival and tested for COVID-19. According to the results of PCR test, one passenger was diagnosed with the coronavirus infection.
"In addition, a citizen of the Russia, who arrived by flight from Turkey, was deported from Almaty airport as he had an expired coronavirus test," reads the report.
