Case of Karim Massimov’s brother returned to Pavlodar court

Pavlodar. February 3. KazTAG - The case of the former head of the police department (PD) of Pavlodar region Nurlan Masimov has returned to the court of Pavlodar.
“The Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases decided to cancel the decision to return the criminal case to the prosecutor and sent the case for consideration to the Specialized Interdistrict Court for Criminal Cases of the Pavlodar region,” reported  the press service of the Pavlodar Regional Court.
