Petropavlovsk. February 1. KazTAG - Bulat Zhumabekov has been appointed as Petropavlovsk akim, reports the press-service of oblast akimat.
Before the appointment, 39 years old Zhumabekov worked as a deputy akim of North-Kazakhstani Oblast.
