"On October 13, in the city of Shakhtinsk, in an apartment at his place of residence, the body of a contract soldier was found off-duty," the press service of the National Guard responded.
According to preliminary information from the military unit, the soldier committed suicide due to a domestic conflict.
A criminal case has been opened on the fact. Investigation is underway.
