"As the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia has imposed limit on poultry import from the farms where bird flu outbreaks were fixed, it has not affected the neighbors in Kazakhstan," he said.
He said the situation in Russia "cannot be called as epidemic", more likely there have been "spot outbreaks".
