Astana. March 18. KazTAG – The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (ARDFM) issued an order to Jusan Bank.
“The essence of the violation: in accordance with the requirements of Articles 45-1 and 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On banks and banking activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, a written order was applied to the Bank,” reads the order.
