906 cases of COVID-19 and pneumonia with signs of CVI recorded in Kazakhstan on February 24-25

Astana. February 26. KazTAG - 906 cases of COVID-19 and pneumonia with signs of coronavirus infection (CVI) have been recorded in Kazakhstan on February 24-25, reports  the Ministry of Health.
“From March 13, 2020 to February 26, 2021, CVI +: morbidity - 211 212 (855 over the past day), mortality - 2733 (12 on February 24); from August 1, 2020 to February 25, 2021 CVI-: incidence - 49 172 (51 for February 24), mortality - 620 (one for February 24),” reads the report.
According to the Ministry of Health, at the moment, 20 277 people continue getting treatment for CVI (13 358 CVI + and 6 919 CVI-),  4452 patients are in hospitals, and 15 825 patients are at the outpatient level.
“Among the patients with CVI + and CVI-, there are: 254 patients are in serious condition, in a state of extreme severity - 53 patients; on ventilators - 41 patients, ” said the report.
