815 police officers died and over 4.5 thousand injured during the years of independence in Kazakhstan

Astana. June 24. KazTAG - 815 police officers have been killed and over 4.5 thousand have been injured during the years of independence in Kazakhstan, said  President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
“The President stressed that the work of the police is a dangerous profession, often associated with a risk to life and health. During the years of Independence, 815 officers have died in the line of duty, more than 4,500 have been injured," reports Akorda.
