"We are working, taking measures. Now we have transferred 75 birthing mothers to the city prenatal center," said Nogayev on the sidelines of the Government.
He said the regional prenatal center of Atyrau has not been discredited, but admitted that transfer of the birthing mothers was a recommendation of commission of the Health Care Ministry.
"42 children died in August. First investigation will give the answer. As I said, 80% of dead infants were born before time," he added.
