"The quake hit at about 13.30 of local time in the suburbs of Banjarnegara, province of Central Java. 2 have people died and over 20 have been injured," reads the national agency for disasters prevention.
The shocks measuring 4.4 have destructed hundreds of houses, schools and mosques. Over 2000 people have been relocated to the special evacuation centers.
