"We live in the country where early election is a prescription, but not an exception, thus, since July 1 Oyan, Qazaqstan declared mobilization of people who wish to become observers at the election. We plan to prepare 10 000 throughout the country, so that one or several observers were present at each voting station. We do not know when the Parliamentary election will take place, but we want to be ready," he said at the public discussion "Presidential election in Kazakhstan: what's next?".
He said the project will be performed in cooperation with the Erkindik Kanaty public fund and the Youth information service of Kazakhstan.
"In the near future in the social networks we will announce how observers can register. The procedure will be available online throughout Kazakhstan," he said.
He added Oyan, Qazaqstan is not going to be transformed into the political party.
