Russia officially declared war to Ukraine

Almaty. February 24. KazTAG - President of Russia Vladimir Putin has declared the decision to conduct a special military operation in Ukraine.
“Putin said that he had decided to conduct a special military operation to protect the Donbass (officially – the territory of Ukraine – KazTAG),” TASS said.
Putin said, "Russia will not allow Ukraine to have nuclear weapons."
“Circumstances require decisive action from Russia. The plans of the Russian Federation do not include the occupation of Ukrainian territories,” Putin said.
