Astana. March 10. KazTAG – Housing prices keep on growing in Kazakhstan, reports the statistics agency in Kazakhstan.
“The cost of 1 sq. m of new housing in Kazakhstan increased by 1.2% and amounted to T322,968 in February 2021,” reads the report.
The resale value of 1 square meter of comfortable housing in February increased by 3.1% month on month and amounted to KZT252,358.
“The rental price for 1 sq. m in comfortable housing increased by 1.6% to T1 714,” reads the report.
