Samruk-Kazyna plans to liquidate its subsidiary

Almaty. March 14. KazTAG — JSC NWF Samruk-Kazyna plans to liquidate its subsidiary, Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP, reports the fund.
“A decision was made to optimize the fund’s structure and submit the issue of liquidating the subsidiary, Samruk-Kazyna Business Service LLP, to the fund’s board of directors for consideration,” reads the statement.
The fund continues to get rid of non-core assets.
The average annual revenue growth of JSC NWF Samruk-Kazyna from 2021 to 2024 amounted to 13%, and EBITDA — 5%. T1.354 trillion was paid to the state in 2024, six times more than the amount of dividends received from portfolio companies.
