Astana and London held consular consultations

Astana. March 14. KazTAG — Consular consultations were held between Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom, reported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
"Consular consultations between Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom were held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of  Kazakhstan," reads the report.
During the meeting, Director of the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Azamat Aubekov and the newly appointed Regional Consular Director for Europe and Central Asia of the British Foreign Office Louise Ellis discussed a wide range of issues, including protecting the rights and interests of citizens of both countries, improving visa and migration procedures.
Special attention was paid to ensuring the rights of Kazakhstani citizens temporarily working in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Aubekov informed about Kazakhstan's measures to develop conditions for attracting specialists and digital nomads.
"The parties outlined the high level of bilateral cooperation in the consular sphere and expressed their readiness to further strengthen the partnership," the statement said.
